How is PrintPunk delivered?

PrintPunk is delivered electronically. Upon purchasing PrintPunk, customers are emailed a download URL, and an unlock keycode. The unlock keycode is used to turn an evaluation version of PrintPunk into a non-expiring registered version.

Is there a difference between the registered and evaluation versions of PrintPunk?

There are no differences between the registered version of PrintPunk and evaluation version of PrintPunk, except that the evaluation version is designed to expire after 30 days.

How long does the ordering process take?

If ordering online, customers should receive their keycode within 4 hours of placing their order. If ordering by check or purchase order shipment is delayed until payment is received.

What happens if I misplace my unlocking key?

Please email and ask us to email your unlock keycode to you.

How do I reinstall PrintPunk on the same computer or move PrintPunk to another computer?

To reinstall PrintPunk, download the trial version and install it, and then re-enter the registration code that you received when you purchased PrintPunk.
