I have installed PrintPunk but the toolbar does not appear!
Check to see if the toolbar is appearing on the right hand side of an existing toolbar. Once you have spotted it, try to move it to a better position. If you can not drag and drop the toolbar, check if the "Lock Toolbars" option is set in the "View -> Toolbars" menu.
An alternative way to toggle the toolbar is to go to the "View" menu select "Toolbars". You should now see a menu with a list of currently installed toolbars. Select PrintPunk and the PrintPunk toolbar should either appear or dissappear.
You should also check is if "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions" is checked in the advanced internet settings.
Open Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options. You will see the internet options dialog box. Select the Advanced tab. Here you will see many options for Internet Explorer. Under the "Browsing" category you should find the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option. Turn it on and restart the browser.
Also check for malicious software that may be installed on your computer - this software is often bundled with other free downloads without your knowledge. Once this software is installed on your computer, it can hide or disable PrintPunk.
You can download software to detect and remove malicious applications from your computer.

How can I fit a webpage to the printers paper size?
When I print a web page the right hand side of the print out is cut off?
When I print a web page it's only ½ sized
Click on PrintPunk's Print Button . You will see the website display a print preview with the page correctly laid out and resized to fit the printed page.
You need to click the PrintPunk print button to use this feature. The Internet Explorer print button and the print menu item will behave the same as before you installed PrintPunk.
If you change the paper orientation to landscape, PrintPunk will resize the page to fit the entire width of the landscape page.
How to print the entire web page on one page.
If a webpage will require several several pages to print you can use PrintPunk to fit it to only 1 page.
Click on PrintPunk's Print Button . Then use the Scale control in the print preview window. This allows you to scale the web page on the printed page to any size you like.
Why can't I rearrange my toolbars?
Your toolbars are probably "locked". Click on the view menu. Now click on toolbars. You will see a menu containing a list of all your toolbars. At the second item from the bottom of this menu will be the "Lock the toolbars" setting. Select this to either lock or unlock your toolbars.
When you have unlocked your toolbars you will notice a small vertical line of dots on the right hand side of your toolbars. These are the handles with which you grab the toolbars and move them around. You grab the toolbars by clicking and holding the mouse button down on the handle. Now you can drag the toolbar to where you want it.
Is there an easier way to organise my favorites?
Your favorites are stored as files in a favorites folder on your computer. This means you can browse to that folder and organise your favorites exactly as you would organise your files and folders. In Windows XP, browse to the "C:\Documents and Settings" folder. Now browse to your profile folder. This is the folder that has the same name as your login. In this folder you will find a Favorites folder that is usually marked with a start icon. All your favorites are in this folder.
If you can't find your favorites folder, or it's stored in a different place on your operating system, perform a search by right clicking the C:\ drive and selecting Search or Find. Type in "favorites" and you'll see a list of all the possible favorites folders. On multi user operating systems(NT,2000,XP), you'll see several, be sure to pick the one which is under your profile (It's parent directory).
Why are there images missing in my printout? How do I not print out the background?
